Once your appointment is set, proceed with the steps below.
After booking, contact your insurance provider directly to start a glass claim.
Let them know Shields Auto Glass will be doing the work.

Once you’ve completed the steps above, we take care of everything else!
After your windshield repair or replacement is complete, we will collect your deductable (if any) and will submit the necessary paperwork to ensure quick and smooth payment processing.
We are not responsible for claim denials or delays caused by your insurance provider. Please confirm your coverage and deductible before scheduling service.
